Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

• During sale periods (like Ramzan), delivery may take 1-2 extra days due to high volume.

2. Order Confirmation

• After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Call or WhatsApp from our team.

• Your order will only be shipped after your confirmation. Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled.

3. Delivery Charges

• We offer FREE Delivery on the Ramzan Sahulat Bundle and orders above Rs 2,500.

• For orders below Rs 2,500, a standard delivery fee of Rs 200 applies.

4. Couriers We Use

• We use trusted courier services like Trax,BlueEX and Leopard to ensure your parcel reaches safely.

5. Open Parcel Policy

• We allow customers to open the parcel before payment (Dependent on the specific courier rider in your area). If the rider does not allow it, please accept the parcel and record a video while opening it. We guarantee a full replacement if there is any issue.
